I requested for GTIN exemption but it’s still asking for Product ID.

Use “Generic” in brand name. Issue will be solved.

Amazon made changes to GTIN exemption, they removed SKU based GTIN exemption, and changed brand to “Generic”. Now onwards no need of raising request for GTIN exemption.

dont touch product id section.i think you tried in add a product section .if it asks means gtin not get approved still it is in process.In your email amazon.in mentioned gtin requested approved after try .bulk product addd for one sku or more sku also good practice for avoid those errors because inventory check and draft check make easier to do.
