Indiapost not available in shipping carrier
I also use India Post for my fulfilling my seller fulfilled orders and havent had faced issue till now. However for this one particular order I am unable to view Indiapost as a shipping carrier. Now I have physically shipped the order as usual but can't enter the tracking details. Customer will receive the order but I will be charged with a cancellation charge on the order. Please help

Hi,
I recently faced the same issue. Previously, the option for Speed Post (India Post) was available while uploading tracking details, but it appears that Amazon has now removed it.
This change may be due to tracking reliability concerns, and as a result, Amazon now shows only a selected list of approved courier partners. We are expected to use carriers from this list for tracking to be recognized and validated on the platform.
As an alternative, you can consider using Shiprocket or other integrated logistics solutions that support Amazon’s approved courier list. This will help ensure proper tracking and avoid any penalties or cancellations due to missing tracking updates.
