Hi Team & Fellow Sellers! 👋
While it's great to see energy around Amazon Ads, here’s a ground-level perspective many small brands like us are quietly forced to live with:
Yes, we’ve tried Amazon Ads with full sincerity—even spending almost the entire product value on campaigns. Despite that, we saw zero conversions, and here’s where it gets more concerning:
📌 Our listing content, brand story, bullet points, and even ad keywords were copied almost word-for-word—then reused by competitors or what seem like insider accounts.
📌 Meanwhile, we’re left bearing the cost of ads and the damage—our data is used, our products get flagged or mysteriously returned/damaged (especially via FBA), and when we raise flags, the system gives evasive replies.
📌 Product theft during FBA transit, by ATS STAFFS, rejected COD /Pre-paid orders after reaching delivery hubs, and manipulated tracking statuses that block Safe-T claims—these are becoming far too common to be called “exceptions.”
So yes—while Amazon Ads should help boost visibility and sales, for small sellers, it often becomes a channel to exploit our insights and drain our margins—while others reap the benefits.
🙏 We request the community team to show the same courage to read and retain replies like this—not just the ones sharing happy metrics. Deleting uncomfortable truths won’t change them—it only shows how deep the issue runs.

@Noor – Just curious, since you’ve worked with the other marketplaces before, were you also instructed there to suppress sellers’ voices the way it’s happening here in the Indian marketplace?
It’s truly surprising how people can completely change their stance, depending on which side they’re standing on.
