Dashboard not showing reviews
I started selling a product about two weeks ago. I enrolled the product in Amazon Vine.
On the dashboard, the Seller Feedback box is stuck at 0. On the listing page, I see two reviews. Any idea why it's not showing up on my dashboard?

Remember what you signed up for with the vine program. Those 10 free products were sent to buyers who would have never purchased your product had it not been for free. They have no obligation to leave a nice review bad review, or any review at all.
- Your business runs on profit, so never take your eye off of it. Now you are already at a loss on 10 items, Both product cost, shipping, and profit. Now the other sales will have to make up for that loss. Did you raise the cost of the remaining inventory accordingly?
- The Vine program gets you reviews, but how effective are reviews? Before reading reviews, a buyer has to want and need your product and be able to find your product on the Amazon site.
- Does your product have a short to-the-point title of 3-5 words. Spamming a title with a lot of fluff and unnecessary words, makes the product unfindable on the Amazon site. So, reviews basically become useless. Is your listing easy to find if you enter the Amazon site as a buyer?
Think it over, but never take you eye off the profit you desire to make.

You're speaking about two different things here. Seller Feedback, which shows on your Dashboard, is about you the seller, and your service. Yes, many times buyers will (incorrectly) write about the product under Feedback.
Product Reviews are about the product itself and appear on the Product Detail Page. They do not appear anywhere on your Seller Dashboard.
