Closing my European accounts

I mistakenly opened European accounts, but don't want/need them.

How can I close them without closing the North American accounts?

Hi @Seller_G2qwjbJ5IQ5kn

I highly recommend you reach out to Selling Partner Support as they can provide step-by-step guidance on how to properly close an Amazon store without interfering with the rest of the stores you'd like to continue selling in.

After you reach out to Selling Partner Support, please provide me with the case ID created, so I can follow along and escalate up the chain just in case your questions do not get answered.

Alternatively you can set the EU accounts to vacation mode, this way they will not be active on your account.

In Seller Central, go to the Settings menu in the top right and click on "Account Info."

Next page, click on Vacation Settings next to Store Status.

Third page, click on the EDIT button and toggle what marketplaces you want to set to vacation mode.

Best,

Connor
