How to schedule easy ship pick up for Bulky Weight Multi Unit Multi Boxes Order
Dear Sir/Mam,
We have received an multi units (quantity) order which weight would be more than 20 Kg and it can not fit in one corrugated box.
It is an easy ship order.
During schedule pick up it shows only one box dimension.
How can we pack more than 20 kg in one corrugated box.
To fulfill this order, our number of boxes would be 6 Nos
Kindly help us to complete this order.

This is not how it works. Only one box is assigned to one label. Technically, they will not be picked up by ATS, as only one scan can be done per box. Even if picked up , there are chances that five of the boxes get lost in transit.
To avoid future occurrences, you should immediately reduce Max Qty per Order to suit your box size so that orders are limited to what you can fit into one box. To do that go to Inventory-select a particular item - Click EDIT. Under Offer - make changes at "Max Order Quantity".
Also, when faced with such situation, best is to approach the buyer to cancel the order and re-order under multiple orders. or you need bigger box.

We have products with colour variations, We have set maximum order quantity according to 18 kg limit for each SKU but buyer purchasing one colour product 15 kg and another colour product 15 kg then again total order weight is 30 kg. So order can not be picked because of 18 kg limit.
Please suggest any solution for this.
