Nowadays easyship courier boys found new trick to keep seller returns. They are marking return shipments as Seller Refused or Seller not available Those returns shipments are never delivered When I raise Safe T claims, amazon seller support is denying my claims every time and replying that copy paste answers, We attempted delivery and you have refused or non available Courier fellows never call me....before safe t claims were given, but now amazon seller support also not in seller favour Time has come to quit amazon and join other Platforms who charge 0% commissions

Yes, this is a widespread issue that most sellers are now facing - and it’s getting worse by the day.
These product thefts are primarily being carried out by ATS staff themselves. After stealing the products, they manipulate backend data by marking returns as:
1) “SELLER REFUSED” — WHY WOULD A SELLER EVER REFUSE A RETURN?
2) “SELLER NOT AVAILABLE” — HOW CAN A SELLER BE “NOT AVAILABLE” WHEN THE PICKUP WAS SCANNED WITH GPS TRACKING AND COLLECTED THE SAME DAY?
This is clearly a coordinated effort to protect local hubs from Amazon fines-at the seller’s expense.
As a result, we are:
# Losing our products without any accountability
# Bearing the shipping and return charges
# Facing unfair metrics penalties
# Getting charged refund commissions — despite no fault of our own
Amazon has essentially opened the floodgates to massive product theft through policy loopholes, return system manipulation, and courier negligence.
This is not just an operational failure — it’s systemic exploitation of sellers.

This is happening to me at every return. I receive emails when the order is out for return. The email contains the name and phone number of the return delivery associate along with the OTP. But they never deliver the returns. When I call them to check about the return delivery, they talk very rude and simply say they will not return it. When they are coming for pickup of other others, I asked him about the return, they talk again very rude and said that they can not return it, it is not their job, if you want you come and collect it from hub if the parcel is available. After few instance of such rude behavior, I stopped talking with them. Started escalating this matter to the seller support team. But the seller support team has one standard answer that please wait for 30 days, if not returned, we will reimburse within 50 days, if not reimbursed, you can file the SAFE-T claim. But the problem is pickup associate will never return it, Amazon will never reimburse it and SAFE-T claim will be denied with the reason seller not available or refused to accept the return. When appealing the denial, the appeal also gets denied with the same reason. Even when I quote the seller support case IDs proofs, no use. All are cheaters, and sellers are fools.
Amazon is spoiling their name by their own behaviors. I am thinking of stopping my business through Amazon.
