I have been trying to get my case resolved by Amazon team, but I keep getting the same reply: "The internal team is looking into it."

There is no solution provided to this. As a seller, I have provided all the documents, photos of the product that they needed. Customer care executives are accepting that it's Amazon's technical issue. Why is the seller suffering?

I have valid ISBN, taken from RRRNA (an authorised government entity), still Amazon is unable to recognise it? If anyone has been able to resolve this, please help!
