Can't relist our product
We get this error message when trying to re-list :
"Sorry, the SKU you have provided doesn't match any of our records."
Seller support recommended re-adding the product with the same SKU. We tried that and it did not work. Our inventory is currently stranded.
Please help.

Hey @Seller_sQPL7bKRe9cXc, if you're trying to add a UPC, sometimes the GS1 database takes some time (other sellers typically experience around a week) to sync up. Are you still having issues with this?
