Amazon asked us remove the Inventory from FBA as 'Unsellable'
We were selling our skincare product on FBA and also sent new inventory back in November 2023 still within a year of expiration, but were asked to remove the entire inventory as 'unsellable inventory' but do not know why its unsellable. No explanation given.
Still awaiting to receive this product inventory back from Amazon! Any ideas why? unless it was damaged by Amazon during storage? but 11 months later?!!!!

The Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement requires that you remove all “unsuitable units” from Amazon fulfillment centers. We will notify you via automated email if you have any inventory you must remove.
Unsuitable units include those that are unsellable because the customer returned them in damaged condition. Check the FBA customer returns report for relevant returns to see if this is the reason your inventory is no longer sellable.
Unsuitable units will be removed on your behalf in accordance with your Automated unfulfillable settings. If you have not configured these settings, your unsuitable inventory will be disposed of at Amazon’s earliest discretion based on capacity, including immediately after returns evaluation. You will not be able to cancel a required removal order once it is created.
I also recommend reaching out to seller support in regards to these units, and requesting further details on why their condition changed. If they are unable to assist you, let me know.
