I’m experiencing a concerning situation on my account. A few days ago, I received several unusual orders — each containing multiple different items, which is uncommon for my typical customers.

Now, immediately after these orders were delivered (within the past two days), I’ve started receiving suspicious reviews. Although they all show five-star ratings, the content is consistently negative and highly detailed, touching on every major concern a typical customer might have, but phrased in an intentionally damaging way.

This pattern is very unusual. Normally, I receive only 3–5 reviews or ratings per month, even when I use the “Request a Review” feature on the order detail page. However, I’ve received at least 7 reviews within two days, all tied to these specific orders. I suspect refund requests may follow soon.

These reviews appear coordinated and manipulative, but I don’t know how to get them removed.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? What steps can I take to report or resolve this?
