Today I got complaint by buyer that they received wrong product and Complained about me. Buyer also informed me that delivery boy informed him about what's inside the order and asked complaining about it. My question is how he knows what's inside and why he suggested to complain about it if it is not the ordered product. I tried convincing buyer that delivery boy changed the product but she didn't listen to me. I am small seller, selling few things, i packed orders by my self. Totally disappointed. High shipping fee, amazon fees and now this. No one is doing something about these delivery boys doing frauds.
