Can't Update the Scheduled pickup date
Hello,
On the 'Shipment Summary' page, there's the 'Change freight-ready date' button right underneath the 'Scheduled pickup date'. I initially picked a date in the last week of March 2025.
My ocean freight company just recently informed me about a delay and my products' ETA is the first week of April. When I tried to change the freight-ready date, this time it was greyed out and wouldn't let me click. In other words, Amazon wouldn't let me change the freight-ready date to a time in mid April 2025.
Can anyone help me here?

Amazon typically only allows changing the freight-ready date up to a certain number of days before the originally scheduled date. Once you get too close to the original date, the system locks the option to change it.
In an instance where you are locked out of making changes to your freight ready date, please contact Amazon Seller Support immediately. They can manually adjust the date for you from their end when you run into unexpected delays.
