The same situation for me. I can't get any OTP code today. An my friend is in same situation.

Yeah I am having the same issue. Amazon claims someone tried to access my account so they locked me out, force me to change my password, forced me to activated 2 step verification, but the OTP wont text me the phone OTP doesn't work either and I am not getting the option for email OTP, I contact seller support, they are not aware of this issue, so if I were you I would call and report, if multiple people report the issue they will see it is not a one off

In order to better assist, we would need some more information. Is this OTP code you are needing for the Inform Act or something else? Can you share any case details where you requested the OTP to be sent again? What caused the OTP to be required if it was something other than Inform Act?
