An unauthorized Seller is selling my product. I have Brand Registry
I manufacture my product, selling on Amazon about 20 years and I have Brand Registry. Another seller has taken the Buy Box. I do not know this seller. I do not sell to them, never have. I have asked them to remove themselves from selling my products on Amazon. No response. I have been sending complaints, forms, phone calls to Amazon for a week with No Actions. Any suggestions?

Hello @Seller_M0EEWhrSNNDfd
My name is Sandy from the Community manager team.
Amazon's policies allow any seller to list items for sale on an ASIN so long as the intellectual property accurately represents the item being sold and has not been illegally reproduced.
This includes intellectual property for which you are the rights owner.
In addition, Amazon respects a manufacturer's right to enter into exclusive distribution agreements for its products. However, violations of such agreements do not constitute intellectual property rights infringement. As the enforcement of these agreements is a matter between the manufacturer and the retailers.
If you are the only manufacture, you have completed a test buy of the product and can prove this item is counterfeit or wrongly using your IP, please submit this through the Report a Violation tool via Brand Registry,
If you have already done this step, please inform me of the complaint ID and I will investigate the submission details. Thank you.
Sandy

Sadly, Amazon let's anyone sell whatever they want and it doesn't matter if you are the Brand Owner and registered in Brand Registry. So what's the point of having Brand Registry if they won't protect the Brand Owner?

man its competition in amazon as long there are new seller and competition you must accept the game, brand registry protect your page not the product, meaning nobody can still your pictures or what ever you put in your page but in terms of the product anybody I think can sell the same product because sometimes china sell the same product to thousands of resellers so yea that's the problem , just stay strong and let other people make money too you been doing it for 20 years let new people make some money its capitalism brother welcome

Same thing with our product. We have application pending with USPTO for 5 months, registered with brand registry and someone has "intercepted" a shipment of our product and is listing our branded product for sale on Amazon using our pictures. We did a test buy, reported it to Amazon brand registry and are unable to get any response.

If it is costing a significant amount of sales, I would consult an attorney with a proven track record of dealing with Amazon. Sometimes, just a letter from an attorney is helpful.

So you have done everything except what you are supposed to do. Simply open a case for trademark infringement. It actually works

5 letter word CHINA. Be careful they are here, and just waiting for honest sellers to go bankrupt.

I have the same problem. Guess the only way to prove it is to buy one . people have bought one from them and gave a review that it was nothing like the one i have listed. They keep lowering their price to keep the buy box. Giving my brand a bad name.

Amazon doesnt actually care. I hold a patent on a product I mfg. First china copy showed up on amazon. I followed the steps to report the infringement. Listing is still here, second showed up and reported that too. 2nd one got removed but then 6 more showed up. Then they showed up on alibaba and aliexpress. So whats the point of a patent? Its so bad these guys literally steal my own photos off my own website and use them on their amazon listings. Luckily amazon is a bit more expedient at removing copyright material. So usually the pictures get removed but the product stays even though its of a copy of my registered patent. So I just contacted an attorney and gave him rights to chase them down and collect damages. I dont want anything out of it other than the illegal sellers shutdown. We will see what happens.

I am experiencing the same issue. I have used "Report a Violation" with Brand Registry. Normally, after I do this, Amazon removes the item from my listing. This time they sent me a message that explains about the same thing as Sandy_ Amazon said.
If I design and manufacture all of my items, and have not authorized anyone to sell them, then how is the item the other seller is selling not considered a counterfeit item?
