70 Days (AND COUNTING) My Inventory is been sitting on an Amazon Warehouse yet no Items have been uploaded

Since February 6 2024 I've sent my Inventory to FBA... ALL PERISHABLE ITEMS For our Store sells food items, and while inventory have been accounted for, NO A SINGLE IEM have been uploaded for sale. I have contacted Amazon Seller Support twice for this issue and all Im getting as a response is "the standard script" that I have to wait until the shipment Is closed, however every time the "closing date" arrives, to our surprise Closing Date is just pushed back keeping us on a "loop" where we are not able to Open a proper case to request update on our inventory.

WHAT KIND OF GAME IS AMAZON PLAYING WITH OUR INVENTORY AND OUR FINANCES! This is absolutely unacceptable.

Thank you so much for reaching out about this! I'm sorry to hear that this date has been getting pushed. What is the date scheduled for now?

Please know that there could be a number of factors causing this date change. In general, reconciliation dates can sometimes shift due to the shipment's tracking information and receiving times while it is being researched by FBA Fulfillment Center agents.

As much as I wish I could, I am unfortunately unable to expediate this date. Additionally, I do need to wait until that date passes and for the shipment to go through the proper reconciliation steps before I can potentially escalate this further, if needed.

Now, if this is not resolved once that date arrives, please reach back out to me in this thread so I can assist further!

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any additional questions.
