Charged while not able to login to Amazon

I was not able to login to my Seller account for weeks. Amazon continued to charge my card because I was not able to login and change my account. Amazon also didn't give me any replies that dealt with the problem I sent in, numerous times.

I had weeks of useless replies, while I continued to 'not be able to login' to the Seller account. The most recent reply told me to "open a Business account". I couldn't login! Assistance to login was what I needed.

When I was finally able to login, I changed my account from Seller to Individual - and Amazon still want to charge me!

The only way I could stop Amazon continuing to charge my card, was to deactivate the card at the bank. Amazon didn't help me for weeks. (every day is a day I couldn't try to learn Amazon, or do any work on Amazon). It took less than 10 days before it shut down access to my Individual Seller account, because it wants more money.

It shows that Amazon are not good to work with and there is no help when it is needed. Amazon charged my credit card for while I couldn't get access, or help, for the account. When I recently got access, I made it Individual and Amazon still wants more $$. The balance should be $0. I can provide a current CC when I see the card will not be charged.
