refund of non returnable product by customer using fraud means

i am selling a product of non returnable type and i am a new seller so i send the right product to customer but after receiving the product the fraud customer claim the refund and the reason there showing there is general adjustment

now what i should do in this case can anyone help who had faced the similar situation
