Amazon Seller Issue - No Resolution for Over 3 Months!
Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out to bring attention to a serious issue I’ve been facing with Amazon as a seller. Over 3 months ago, a product shipment amounting to ₹31,728 was dispatched successfully from my end. The status initially showed as delivered to the buyer within 2-3 days, but shortly after, it mysteriously changed to "cancelled."
Amazon deducted platform fees of ₹7,581.41 from this transaction (refunded lately) - despite the entire shipment being cancelled later without any valid explanation. That’s a double blow: I’ve lost both the product and the payment, and I’m still being charged!
Despite repeated follow-ups and raising the issue multiple times through the appropriate seller support channels, Amazon has failed to provide any resolution or even a proper acknowledgment of the problem. This has caused a significant financial and operational setback.
There has been no refund, no shipment recovery, and no transparency from Amazon’s side on what exactly went wrong or how they intend to fix it.
This is highly concerning not just for me but for any seller relying on Amazon’s platform to run their business. I urge Amazon to look into this matter immediately and provide a fair resolution. Also requesting fellow sellers and community members to acknowledge this post so that it gains visibility.
Amazon, please do the right thing.
