Can you sell in Amazon without GST?
I have no prior experience in selling in Amazon. I some blog posts, I could see that sellers have tried the individual seller account and once they were satisfied, they moved to the subscription based account.
However, when I am trying to create an account, I am being prompted to provide my GST number. Am i Correct in assuming that the individual seller account requires you to provide your GST? I do not have a GST and am not quite ready to get one until I am able to test the interface. Can i do that?

If you are selling books and nothing else, you can manage without GST. Otherwise GST is essential.

I was regular seller in local finds but now they have made it mandatory to have GSTIN number.
If i get GSTIN then i have to file GSTIN returns every month ?
Why can’t amazon deduct that amount and pay by themself for local finds seller ?
It will be good for every one.

GST is mandatory. For testing, you can use someone else login - if they allow you to do so. But Amazon tracks IP activity so that’s very, very tough. Testing the interface is a strange reason for not obtaining a GST number though!
If you need help on the interface, best is to watch the videos on Youtube or on the Seller University - you’ll get a visual idea of how it works.
