Missing Browse Node Attirbute - Nothing is working to fix

We are the Brand Registered owner of an ASIN that is currently not searchable on the Amazon front end.

Seller Support keeps telling us that the reason it is not searchable is because it is missing a Browse Node Attribute. The case is then transferred to an internal team to correct the issue, and then we get the exact same response every single time:

"We've reviewed your suggestion and are unable to accept the suggested category browse node change to ASIN: X. This product is assigned to the current category based on the detail page and how Amazon customers find products through search and browse."

When we ask for clarification on why the ASIN is not searchable despite being in the correct category, no one is able to give us an answer. We have been going in circles for almost three weeks.

I have spoken with Seller Support, Catalog, FBA, Leadership, and Brand Registry. I have tried full and partial updates using flat files. I am desperate for some additional help.

Here are the relevant Case ID's:

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
