How to Complain about amazon support?

Any ideas how to complain about amazon support?

I have been charged for something i simply cannot use (professional plan) due to restrictions placed on my account which i cannot resolve (neither can they due to incompetence).

Happy to not sell on amazon - just want my money back. cant seem to get that either tho

You need to downgrade your account from the Professional Selling Plan to the Individual Selling Plan - which you can do on the Account Info page.

You can then request a refund of any professional plan fees you have already paid provided you haven't sold anything by opening a case with Seller Support, but it is at amazons discretion.
