How much info can I display in my competitor comparison image?
So I am looking to do a competitor comparison image for my listing and was wondering what type of information I am allowed to mention. Most of my competitors are Chinese sellers who have random, uninventive brand names and generic cheap products. So I was planning to put their main image photo and brand name next to my main image photo and brand name and then compare the benefits / negatives underneath.
I just wanted to check if I am allowed to include their photos and brand name in my comparison image? Bear in mind that their products are quite generic and there are multiple listings of the exact same product from different Chinese sellers. So I was thinking maybe I am allowed their product but not their brand name?

In short no, you are not able to copy competitors photo's and you would risk the listing being taken down and getting.a violation on your account.
The only way to do this would be to purchase an item from your competitor and take your own photo of it, this would be acceptable.
