Is Brand Registry, solution of Mapping?

Every New businessman who Joins Amazon hands, have an ambition to grow with or under Amazon.

Seller applies for a Trademark, to make their Brand, wait for up to one year to be Registered by the Trademark Authority. After that we makes Brand Registry on Amazon, just for a faith that our brand would be secure by mappers or unwanted sellers.

But after all your ASIN can be Mapped.

Sure, you can make a violation of Trademark Complaint, but for that you have to make a “test buy”

And What is test Buy?

U have to purchase your Same ASIN product from the other seller.

Suppose on 1st January you got to know your ASIN is Mapped.

U will make a Violation complaint under Brand Registry.

There you will be asked for an order ID.

Sure, you can get order ID by instant order. But Brand Registry will not resolve the case if your order is not finalized or delivered.

It means Time killing.

U have to wait for 6-7 days. maybe more time/days........

I have suffered a lot with this problem. Even suffering....

Independence Day is near, Indian Flag Sales are on boom, mapping is on Boom,

In between this scenario, What i feel.

We Create/give birth to an ASIN. We Improve/feed it with quality, discount, offers, wins ratings by the heart of buyers. ASIN grows like your kids in front of your eyes. One day some people (other sellers) came {inappropriate content removed}/mapping your Kid/ASIN in front of you. They are r{inappropriate content removed, moderator edit} for one....two....three.....four.....on and on days.

YOU CANT DO ANYTHING.

and you know what , Amazon is watching this f.....king show.

Amazon is spectator.

Suppose in between Mapped seller shipped about 30-40 orders in between these days. Or the buyers dislike the product, due to quality or any other issue, maybe they can share the Image or Video with review and rating. Whose ASIN will suffer.

Whose ASIN rating will go down.

who will get loss.

whose seller account will Impact

whose account health will Impact.

ONLY THE PRIMARY SELLER, WHO CREATED THAT ASIN.

Amazon have to think about that.

I’ve been stuck in the same situation for the past 1–1.5 months with no resolution. Amazon keeps asking me to fill one form after another, but either my complaint gets rejected or there’s no response at all. The seller support team only provides holding replies.

Who knows how many orders have already been placed with the seller who has mapped my products. And to stay competitive, we’re forced to lower prices, which only eats away at the already thin margins we have on Amazon.

I honestly don’t understand how Amazon can allow this kind of fraud to continue right in front of them.
