How many days would you wait for a missed freight pickup?
Have 2 pallets for AWD via direct transport. They were supposed to pickup Monday but when I call at 430 PM they says that a driver hasn't been assigned. How many days would you wait before letting Amazon know that the metrics for one of their "select" partner carriers is falling?
