Hello,
Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing "inauthentic" complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.
Why is this happening?
We have taken this measure because we have concerns about the authenticity of the items listed at the end of this email. In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we request additional information from sellers to confirm the authenticity of certain products. The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited. Amazon has several product detail and listing policies to ensure customers have a consistent buying experience and receive items in the condition they expect. How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, go to your "Account Health" and click on "Reactivate My Account" to submit necessary information.

What happens if I do not submit the required information?
If we do not receive the requested information your account will remain deactivated.
Any remaining FBA inventory of the items that caused "inauthentic" complaints will be destroyed at your expense, in accordance with the Business Solutions Agreement.

Based on the information you have provided here, I understand your account has been deactivated due to concerns about the authenticity of the products you have listed for sale.
As all sellers are expected to follow all local, state, and federal laws in addition to Amazon policy, product authenticity is held within high regard and viewed as intellectual property. It is also highly important to offer the products you have listed for sale with accurate information in order to preserve the trust buyers have instilled within Amazon. Over all, when the question of authenticity is brought to light there is a need to validate your supplier and the supply chain in order to prove that the items are authentic.
How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, go to your "Account Health" and click on "Reactivate My Account" to submit necessary information.
Depending on the information requested within this section of the Account Health page, you might need to submit invoices from your supplier. These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
- Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
- You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
From where did you purchase these items? Were these from an authorized distributor or the brand itself? How were you able to verify that your supplier was authorized to sell these items?
The above questions are designed to help you investigate the business process utilized which could have contributed to the policy violations and deactivation of your account.
Alternatively, if you have a letter of authorization or licensing agreement from the Singer brand if you have one. A valid license agreement allows you to list your products, using the intellectual property rights of other entities with their permission, subject to the terms of the agreement.
The five key terms which must be present in every IP licensing agreement submitted to Amazon are:
- 'Licensor'–The company/brand providing the rights to intellectual property
- 'Licensee'–The company/brand receiving the rights to use the intellectual property.
- ‘Grant’–The intellectual property being licensed and the scope of rights granted
- ‘Geographic Scope’–The specific territory or territories where use is authorized (may be worldwide)
- ‘Term’–The duration of the authorization (may be perpetual)
