The color image(SWATCH) and the Main image are different.

I uploaded products with colors and sizes to Spreadsheet.

There are no errors in the upload result.

But, on the frontend, the color image(SWATCH) and the Main image are different.

So I manually uploaded the same image as the main image to SWATCH in the backend.

However, the problem that the color image and the main image are different is not solved.

I have requested support several times for this issue but it is not being resolved.

Is there a cause and solution to this problem?

I am asking for your help.

Hey @Seller_GHTkQDFvErdDZ, there are a number of reasons that an image update may not be reflecting onsite, but first I would recommend checking the status of your submission here. You also mentioned that you've already reached out to Seller Support on this - can you let me know what that case ID is?
