PBI3 shut down again, 10 days passed, my shipment still not been check-in/receiving

My shipment is FBA18KTLYYSB, it was delivered at PBI3 in 6th Jan 2025, but till now, still have not been check-in/receiving, the case id: 17011738031. What can we do this? we opened many cases , the service man just told us "we are unable to take any steps to expedite the physical receiving process", and says "expect this shipment to be fully processed by Apr 25, 2025"?? Are you kidding? Need more 3 months to handle this? the FC was bankrupted or something? PLS HELP US ,WE NEED THE UNITS BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE

Hi @Seller_Kt9WQmQs1m1qP,

Receiving timelines can extend multiple weeks across FBA sites so a 10 day lead time would not be out of the ordinary. Shipments are received in the order they arrive and cannot be expedited, but if yours extends beyond the investigation eligibility date in your contents tab you can open an investigation after that date.

We have 3 packages that have been sent to that location without any updates. We've also had one sent there that was checked in and received and that one was sent after one of the ones missing so that wouldn't follow the rule that they are checked in in the order they are received. It's very frustrating.
