Amazon losing items that were delivered and now blaming us
This new shipment problems thing amazon created is a joke. We have shipped 2 case packages with seperate tracking numbers. Both were delivered and now amazon made a shipments problems that they only recieved 10 of the 20 units. Both show delivered . Amazon does not even take pictures of what was delivered or anything and there siding with the wharehouse everytime. Its the worst system i have ever seen. Its gonna be impossible to send shipments to fba with this system. Its like you have to pray they dont lose your items or there is nothing you can do @KJ_Amazon
