i wait since 6 weeks for a answer from amazon support… block my account… noone says what exactly they need, here u see how amazon deals with his dealers who actually built the company amazon… they are not aware that we are human and that existences with families are at play here…the same would be if you are employed somewhere, your boss fires you at the end of the month with today and tells you what you are earning now this month is not paid, and if you ask what did i do wrong, you get no answer …How do you call such behavior towards a seller/employee?

Hi, for what it is worth: I have the same problem.
I had transferred amazon account from UK company ltd to Greek company more than 1 year ago (there is a link to do that at amazon.co.uk / provided all docs back then and was accepted). Suddenly, a couple of months ago I started getting emails about discrepancies in address, then account got suspended, although I had provided all possible documentation (Int’l VAT number, OSS registration, Registry proof, address proof… you name it) and it is 2 months now amazon is researching me AND withholding GBP3000 from sale made before April!!! In the meanwhile amazon.com has accepted all these docs and I am selling normally there.

There are certain policies that Amazon expects its sellers to follow while operating the platform, and Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement 1 is one among them.
For the verification you need to submit one of the below utility bills:
- Piped gas
- Natural gas
- Electricity
- Mobile phone
- Fixed-line phone
- Internet service
Kindly consider the below points as a requirement for the documents before a submission:
• Should be valid (not expired, revoked, or closed)
• Be high-quality, in color, and unobstructed (not angled, blurry, or cropped)
• Show the full page, it should not be a screenshot
• Display matching information (such as your ID number or name) that you use to register to sell on Amazon
• Be scanned images, or a photo taken from your mobile device’s camera (no screenshots)
• Display the full document (front and back, if applicable)
• Be less than 10MB in size
• Be in one of these formats: gif, png, jpg, pdf, and docx.
• Do not include special characters in the file name (examples: $, &, or #)
• Be authentic and unaltered
• Name and address must be visible.
• If a utility bill for the given address is not under your name, provide a utility bill associated to the address used to register, and any other supporting documents that prove you are operating from that address, even if the bill is not under your name.
• Must be issued within the last 90 days.
Important: Before submitting these documents you need to ensure that the name and address on the document must match the information entered in Seller Central.
