This is a very common Problem , additionally when you raise a safe-t claim for
such orders , they reject the same and send warning email stating that you have raised
fraudulent claim.

the amazon policies are customer centered, they dont care for seller, seeing all the things i have stopped selling on amazon and mark all product out of stock. the main reason of doing this is as follows-
- high fake return.
- charging RTO return fee
- charging High reverse shipping fee on customer return.

I have a similar incident where the customer did 5 product purchases and claim a refund for returning some other products. I raised an STP refund with Amazon and received a basic amount refund but overall very bad experience.

same problem to me. I am send product to customer accurate and right but they have return in totaly damaged and another then some customer of get fake order. I am download lables to not written in sector and not GEO Zone and no delivery location. Its totaly impact of seller account.

One more point. It takes much longer to reach us from Amazon. In my case it took almost 1 month to receive the poduct returned by cusomer with remarks “damaged” and product is in good shape!
