Based on total number of order, monthly you can cancel the 2% of the orders. So cancel the suspicious orders specially from Bihar

As soon as you receive a suspicious order. In the search bar enter fake orders and then you will be prompted to enter the order ID of the order your feel is suspicious. Thsi is an amazon tool to check the credibility of the orders. if you have received the order from the same customer multiple times and he/she rejected it then choose the appropriate option then amazon will let you know whetehr to ship the order or not. before cancellation always perform this check on all the suspicious orders.

Thank you for your post. As suggested by @S_S_Trader1 , If you suspect a buyer to be abusive or an order to be fake for Easy Ship or Self-Ship orders, you can now directly report that order on Seller Central.
