How to create sub accounts for my amazon seller account?
I have a few offshore employees who would list products on my behalf and perform market research. For that I need an authorized amazon sub account which they can use on my behalf to list my products on my Amazon Sellers account. How do I go about it?
I am not comfortable sharing my Amazon seller accounts credentials with them.

Sounds like trouble-have you vetted these people? this situation can become a nightmare if these people make one wrong move, your account is doomed.

You can give them a user permission. But the slightest mistake or error will make YOUR account get suspended. Online arbitrage is no longer a business model for Amazon. You will need a "Letter of Authorization" from each brand owner and an INVOICE IN YOUR NAME from authorized distributors. Otherwise Amazon will confiscate your money and your products.

The previous two posters have only painted the peril of what if they do something wrong.
They don't have to do one single thing to doom your account. If that person has been associated with a suspended account, that will be your kiss of death as well -- you are now associated with that other account.
