Account Set Inactive due to Dormancy
Good morning, everyone on the July 19th my account was set to Inactive due to Dormancy. At this time, I was still actively changing listings and adjusting prices on my inventory. I've received emails from amazon stating i need to reverify my information. I've reached out to support and explained my account already shows up as verified when i try to follow the links they provide. The last support rep mentioned the case would get escalated but i just received the same copy and paste template that I began with. I have been selling since 2017 and had never experienced a issue like this. Any suggestions would be appreciated either from the community or a moderator capable of helping. Case ID 18211345401
