Hello

We received a notification from Amazon 2 month ago stating that our storage bin products require a Children's Product Certificate and test reports, despite being completely unrelated. Amazon mistakenly categorized our items as children's toy storage.

We tried appealing 2 times already, as well as we removed from our listing where it mentioned that it could also be used to organize and store toys, but no success.

A rep on sellers support told me that he does not understand why this item was miscategorized as a toy, he will reach out to the internal team and get back to me, and he assured me that my listing will not get suspended while the internal team is reviewing my case. I am waiting already 6 weeks for an answer.

In the mean time my listing got suspended yesterday because i did not send in the compliance documents.....

Please help me out....
