We originally shipped 10 units of our product, as per amazon tracking the order was rejected by the buyer, we got only 5 units in return and that too in damaged condition.

We had provided the photographs of the returned units as well as the return slip, still amazon are denying the claim even after appealing many times.

Please somebody help and guide us where and how to escalate this issue to get a genuine solution
