As of now, we are not getting any orders until we run ads. We have Run ads almost Rs. 1100/- but get Order of only One product of Rs. 200/- Plus. And when in close the campaign & stops the running ads, we haven't received any order In whole month (30 Days). Amazon, please look into this as small scale seller couldn't survive due these kind of policies.

Amazon profits from every order you receive—not just through commissions but also through ad spend, shipping fees, refund deductions, and penalties. In your case, you spent ₹1,100 on ads but earned only ₹200 in sales, meaning Amazon made money while you faced a loss.
This is a clear strategy where small sellers are pushed to spend on ads just to get visibility, while actual sales often go to Amazon’s preferred sellers or insiders. Instead of supporting sellers, Amazon’s system prioritizes maximizing its own earnings at the expense of independent businesses.....
Sambas happening into my account too , but you should try for request your customer for reviews , it might help
This seems to be a neat strategy, where small sellers are forced to spend on advertisements just to get visibility. I spent ₹18,486 on ads, but the total sales came to only ₹28,307. This gave me a loss of ₹-12,955. This means that Amazon made money, but we suffered losses.
This is a very difficult situation for small traders. Selling doesn't happen without spending on advertising, and if you spend too much on advertising, the chances of making a profit are gone. How can small businesses survive in such a situation
That is amazons policy. All top listings are sponsored only. If you don't run add you will never get visibility and therefore no sales.
Try running ad with lower bids and a lesser budget.
Every platform requires continuous optimization, so keep refining your ads until you see higher returns. If you're not making a profit, that doesn't mean others aren't—it simply means there's room for improvement. Business is all about persistence and strategy. Yes, Amazon charges a lot, but with consistent effort in optimizing your listings, ads, and overall approach, profitability is within reach. Stay patient, adapt, and success will follow.
running ads is the only skills required in Amazon and automatic add takes lot of money in first to find key words. in the beginning all you profit will go in ads to improve your organic ranking later you will see benefit. Run Manual ads work on researching on keywords. if you can't master ads, you will not be able to sell Easly.
Absolutely right. But the amazon doesn't care.
its tru ....mere sath bhi yahi huya hai
Yes, this is true. For the last 8 years, my products have been listed on Amazon. I am a manufacturer, and not selling without ads and discount coupons and deal offers waste of time to sell on Amazon. The second thing Amazon does not listen to the seller's problem if a customer returns a damaged product or a part missing, after filing claim he returned very less amount and did not reply satisfactory answer
