I wish to Delete my Amazon Account for one business to set up another but wont let me. When I try to set up a new account for the new business it wont let me as it says telephone number already on file

If i remember correctly, amazon does not let you create new accounts when information has been used in the past, like using the same address, telephone number, internet IP address, etc.
I never looked into it much, but remember people talking about this on the forums years ago.
If you try search the forums you'll definitely find an answer.
