FBA mistakes from amazon

Colleagues, please advise. We sent a trial batch of 67 items to FBA, consisting of 23 different SKUs. We are confident that we sent them correctly, as we packed them ourselves and double-checked. Initially, Amazon confirmed the shipment and closed it, but two months later, they sent us an email stating that there are discrepancies. There’s no video, and it can’t be made for our product because it’s too small to show which specific model was placed in the box.

Question: Why is Amazon such a mess that they can’t correctly count 67 items? How often does this happen to you? This was a trial shipment, and now we’re considering whether to send them several thousand items, wondering how many errors they will make.

Hi @Seller_4VpMiejZYi2RL, I'm sorry to read about this. Do you happen to have a case ID with seller support I can look into?

Going to close this thread since you originally created one and shared the case IDs here. Confirming my colleague Taylor did escalate and you received a response of reconciliation on the 14th on case 15542149151.
