No Saturday Delivery Options for SFP Buy Shipping
Since the beginning of October, next day orders on Friday do not have a Saturday delivery option with Buy Shipping. All of our settings remain unchanged and seem correct. Is there a glitch? We have been not using Buy Shipping on SFP next day orders so we can get the orders to the customers on time, but our Buy Shipping metric is getting killed.

On Fridays, it looks to us that anything outside of our immediate zip area is being shown to customers as expected monday delivery. Even though our account is set up with SSA and next day delivery across the board for all zips.

Thank you for the information about issues with Saturday delivery dates.
Some sellers have reported being unable to purchase 2nd Day Air Saturday service on Thursdays in BuyShipping, and that is being investigated.
UPS Second Day Air Saturday Delivery Not an Option???
@Seller_02hM6xWloe5YP Have you also seen what @Seller_uFy9zu0MEEOwV mentioned, limited availability for Friday/Overnight shipping based on location? Or is it unavailable for all shipments. Is this a recent issue or has it been going on for a while?
If either of you can provide Order IDs I can ask my partner team to investigate. I can also open direct cases if you prefer.

@Seller_02hM6xWloe5YP I confirmed with our partner team that there is an ongoing error affecting Thursday UPS 2nd Day Air (Saturday) and FedEx 2Day® (Saturday) options as well as Friday Next-Day Saturday options.
Our teams are working to fix these errors so that these services are available, but that will not happen in time for this week's shipments.
I will follow up when I have updates, but if you would like to use these services for Saturday deliveries please go outside of BuyShipping.

Our partner team just let me know that their contacts were able to correct the issues affecting those shipping services.
The Second-Day-Saturday shipping methods should be working as expected, with Saturday delivery estimates.
Of course, please let me know if you are still not seeing these working as expected.
