Licensed collegiate apparel
Has any sellers had trouble with the process of getting officially licensed apparel such as collegiate approved? We are currently licensed and there is nothing in regards to how this whole process works. We have sent our authorization letter in and still have yet to get our account reactivated. Yet we cannot get our authorization letter until the products are uploaded. Amazon was very quick to deactivate our account after it took a while to get all set up but only gives 48 hrs before they deactivate. Maybe I am doing this all wrong but no one from Amazon seems to know how the process works either.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the deactivation of your account. I understand that you have provided the documentation you have repeatedly, but it has been rejected. What was the original reason for the deactivation of the account?
What kind of documentation have you been able to provide outside of the authorization letter? Do you have any other documentation that you could provide to show your account operations and authorization for the listings in your account?
We would recommend providing whatever you have to our team. If they still come back with a rejection, then it is possible that you may not be able to reactivate the account. If you have additional details to add to your situation, continue to refer here for support.
