Hello friends, I m getting above issue with my lots of ASINs. Listing showing inactive and the reason is showing You need a valid GST ID to sell this product. If you don’t have a GST registration you are eligible to sell only products that are exempt from GST. From last 20 days I have continuously followed with Amazon support team and also created multiple case I’d but all people has reverted different different answer. Not getting proper response or not they resolve my issues. Also I have checked my GST status with my CA the GST is Active also we have file return regularly. The ASINs which I had already sell since 4 years it’s all are currently inactive. Can any one please help me with this issue. How to resolve this. Please help

make sure GTIN / SKU / ASIN proper check it
or may non GST product but your are selling in GST
or may be with GST product but you are selling non GST
need to all require point need to check
Also GST HSN product code

Hi , Thank you all of you for your response. Yes we have correctly updated HSN and also I m already sales these products form past 4 years. 2nd thing some products are active and some are showing under suppressed. Also we have tried to list the products but same above error showing.
