Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to file a complaint regarding easyship missed pickups. The most you can do is fill the form that is available on the order page in case your pickup gets missed. I've tried multiple times to raise the issue with Amazon customer support regarding negligence by the easyship team but till now, none of my issues have been timely resolved, and every time, I'm just told to fill the form and assured that the pickup would be done but it's all useless. The easyship team works as per their own wish. I've been doing easyship for almost an year now and have faced so many issues with easyship including cancellation of a lot of orders. Amazon really needs to setup a proper channel with easyship and needs to start taking accountability.
