Our Product's Unfair Treatment by Amazon's Safety Violation Policy
Dear Amazon,
We're facing an unfair situation with Amazon's Product and Food Safety Violations policy.
Despite being told by phone that we could appeal by submitting certification documents, which prove our product's compliance with US and Amazon regulations, we provided IEC, FCC, MSDS, and UN38.3-Report in the case, and Amazon has refused to review them.
We question the purpose of providing a review entry point if it's just for show. We believe this process is unfair and ask Amazon to address this issue.
