redicular reimburstment from a return which has wrong content
we got a returned package from the Amazon fulfillment center and found one package that just came back to our warehouse after the buyer returned it to Amazon 3 years ago.
When checking the package, we found the buyer returned crap cheap content than sending out that high-value product back.
We filed a case on Amazon with tons of proof of the return labels, the RMA labels from that buyer, and all photos requested by the poor support team, now we were told that only $8.25 is valid from this reimbursement. the product is more than $350.
I felt frustrated by Amazon support and the treatment of sellers, and the support team was soooo disappointed. they did not even check all the details and kept asking and replying without accountability.
Does anyone have a better idea of how to get this addressed properly? or should we just take this result by loosing so much money from such orders while paying Amazon all being asked?
