We used to face the same issue two months back but after we report this issue three times to Amazon, things are working fine and regularly.
To report: Check “Manage Orders” - ‘Sent > Waiting for pickup’ Page, you will see notification " Please click here to fill the form if an Easy Ship pickup was not attempted by 6pm on the scheduled date or if you have feedback to share regarding your pickups.", Just follow the steps and things will be clear…

This is the problem with amazon side.
Complain to them and get the personal mobile number of pick-up staff when he comes for pick-up as the routing number goes unanswered most of the time.

mostly sabhi sellers sath yahi problem ho ri h late pickup hi lene aata maine bi 3/4 times customer care par complaint ki but koi result ni aaya mere pin code par to bht se sellers ne kaam hi band kar diya

There is one URL which amazon given in case the pickup is not picked you have to mention order numbers. If these orders are not picked you will not be held responsible. Hope this helps.
