"Create Removal Order" Error and Deactivated Account Issue
Hello Amazon Seller Community,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Can. Unfortunately, I am encountering a specific issue and would greatly appreciate your insights and advice.
Recently, my account was deactivated under Section 3, specifically due to the "Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy." Upon attempting to use the "Create Removal Order" feature, I consistently encounter an "An error occurred" message. I have reached out to the Amazon support team, and their response indicated that my account needs to be active to proceed with the removal order.
In addition to this, I want to highlight that I possess the necessary documentation, including invoices, for the products in question. Despite this, it seems that the provided documentation is not being accepted, leading to further complications.
Is anyone else currently facing a similar challenge or has successfully resolved a comparable situation? I believe sharing our experiences could be beneficial for all affected sellers.
Moreover, I would appreciate any advice on effectively communicating this specific issue with the Amazon support team. If you have encountered a similar situation and have successfully navigated through it, your insights would be invaluable.
Thank you in advance for your support and sharing your experiences!
Best regards,

So, your account is in trouble for "Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy." How many inventory investigations have you requested?
You need to look at your notifications and/or email from Amazon about your deactivation and see what Amazon requires to re-activate your account. That's your first priority. You can't do anything until that is taken care of.

Hi @Seller_51XwBZIqkT8Dn,
I see you have already posted in the forums regarding this issue and would ask that you continue your discussion on your original thread. This way, we can continue to provide updates there to avoid any confusion.
While going through this review process, you may not be able to initiate a removal order due to the nature of your account deactivation. Please refer back to original thread for further appeal guidance.
Regards,
Troy
