Negative Feedback removal
I know that feedback removal is a lost cause/shot in the dark.
But we received negative feedback from a buyer that pretty clearly should be removed/doesn't match guidelines.
The buyer put 2 stars and simply wrote "Have not tried this yet"
Its not only clearly about the product and nothing else, the customer admitted that there's no complaints and they haven't used the product.
As it has vague wording, the feedback removal didn't pick up on it not following guidelines and my request and appeal were both instantly denied..
Any help from mods to get this escalated so an actual person can look at it? If there is no complaint on anything we did, or even on the product itself I'm not sure how it should be allowed to stay. It just stinks having a long run of only 4-5 star reviews, and this being the one that gives a defect and lowers our rating.
