Anyone Else Noticed Alibaba Changed TT Wire Transfers to Singapore/HK Banks?

Hi fellow sellers,

I recently ( Yesterday night) noticed and notified by my supplier that Alibaba has changed its TT (telegraphic transfer) wire transfer process for U.S. buyers. Previously, payments were sent to a U.S.-based Citibank account, but now they are directed to banks in Singapore or Hong Kong. This change results in additional international wire transfer fees from U.S. banks, which can range from $15 to $50+.

Has anyone else experienced this change? If so, how are you handling the extra fees? Are there any alternative payment methods that work better for international suppliers while avoiding high bank charges?

Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

Thanks!
