Pickup is not happening

Dear Amazon,

Pickup person is not coming to pickup the orders. For the past 3 months I'm facing this issue. I don't have any issues with pickup person. I couldn't contact them. last month my account got deactivated for 15 days because of ATS team even after filling easy ship missing form. Your associate told simply it was because of system discripencies. Your seller support team is also not giving any solution.
